Dog Bather

We are looking for an experienced full time dog bather/grooming assistant for our busy grooming shop in Columbus, NJ. We would prefer someone with prior grooming experience but are willing to train someone with vet tech/other dog experience. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who loves dogs and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.

Responsibilities include:

Bathing and blow drying dogs. Checking dogs in and out and booking future grooming appointments. Answering the phone and responding to messages. Cleaning the grooming shop at the end of the day, mostly vacuuming dog hair, laundry and disinfecting kennels. Individual must be able to multi-task, floating between washing dogs and waiting on customers. Hours are Tuesdays thru Saturdays from 8AM to 4PM. 40 hours per week, Saturdays are required.
