Responsibilities Recruit & Onboard:

Hand-select and train your team of Groomers, ensuring they meet your high standards for quality and care. Lead by

Communicate with pet parents and resolve customer service issues with professionalism and grace.

Qualifications Experience:

Three years of professional grooming experience required.

Management:

Experience running full-service grooming salons, including sales and inventory management.

Technical Mastery:

Strong knowledge of individual breed standards, breed cuts, and proper scissoring techniques.

Education:

Strong teacher of grooming skills with a knack for developing others. Compensation +
