We already have the clients we need an experienced dog groomer to jump in and service our current clients! The sky is the limit with earning potential.

We love dogs here at The Spotted Dog and are lucky to be around dogs all day. Come Join our Team! The Spotted Dog is a full-service Dog Care Facility. We offer doggie daycare, full grooming services, bathing, and overnight boarding. We are looking for an experienced full time or part time dog groomer to join our team Tuesday- Saturday. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and a strong understanding of dog grooming techniques and be able to work independently and have excellent customer service.

Position Requirements:

A minimum of two years of pet grooming experience required, certification preferred Able to work with a variety of dog breeds, temperaments, and standard cuts. Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 40 lbs, stand for a full shift Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Team Player Must possess a love of pets and patience when handling pets Always display a professional manner Must maintain a clean and healthy environment for all clients and pets Performs grooming as requested by the client and described on the groom card. Trims nails, brushes teeth, and cleans ears in a safe manner and as trained. Keep the front desk informed about pets that are ready for pick-up. Communication is key- you must be able to work as a team. Performs other duties as assigned. Hours vary and may require working weekends.
