About the Role As a Dog Daycare Attendant , you'll be responsible for supervising and safely managing groups of dogs in a structured daycare setting. This role goes far beyond "playing with dogs." It requires strong awareness, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage group dynamics to ensure the safety and well-being of every dog. This is a fast-paced, physically active role that requires you to be on your feet, attentive, and engaged for the entirety of your shift. Responsibilities Working with dogs all day can be a lot of fun, but it also comes with responsibility.

This role involves:

Supervising and managing playgroups of dogs, ensuring safe and appropriate interactions Reading and responding to dog body language to prevent and de-escalate conflicts Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized play environment Following structured schedules for group rotations, rest times, and activities Communicating clearly with team members and leadership regarding dog behavior and any concerns Assisting with daily cleaning tasks, including cleaning & sanitizing play areas, and waste removal Providing excellent care and attention to each dog, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being This Position is Great for

Someone Who Is:

Attentive, responsible, and proactive Calm under pressure and able to make quick decisions Comfortable enforcing structure and boundaries with dogs A strong team player with excellent communication skills Passionate about animal care and interested in learning more about dog behavior Requirements Must be 18 years or older to apply Prior experience in dog handling, pet sitting, or animal care is highly preferred but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Weekend and holiday availability required If you have a passion for dogs and want to be part of a team that provides top-notch care and services to furry guests, we encourage you to apply for the Daycare Attendant position with us.
