This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with dogs, values responsibility and punctuality, and takes pride in providing exceptional care to clients and their pets. Responsibilities Walk dogs safely and confidently in various weather conditions Provide structured enrichment activities and mental stimulation Follow individualized care instructions for each pet Ensure pets have fresh water and basic care during visits Communicate visit updates and photos to clients Maintain a clean, professional appearance and demeanor Safely enter and secure client homes Report any concerns regarding a pet's health or behavior Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Clean criminal background Comfortable handling dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to walk several miles per day and work outdoors year-round Smartphone with reliable internet access Previous pet care experience preferred but not required Ideal Candidate Dependable and punctual Trustworthy and professional Calm and confident around dogs Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Interested in learning about dog behavior and enrichment Schedule Flexible part-time hours Primarily weekday mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings Weekend availability is a plus To Apply Please include: A brief introduction about yourself Any pet care, animal handling, childcare, healthcare, or customer service experience Your general availability Why you would be a great fit for
