The right candidate needs to have a minimum 1 year experience grooming and bathing cats and dogs. Other responsibilities include cleaning, upkeep of tools and equipment, advancing your knowledge of the industry and position, and some light customer service as needed for clarity on instructions and client preferences. Our office takes care of scheduling, payments, payroll, obtaining clients and check in and out of all pets. Prior experience with both cats and dogs is necessary, as we are a very busy full-service boarding and grooming facility. This is a W-2 position, and the pay consists of commission plus tips. We also provide professional development and certifications. After the probation period is over, we pay for all our staff to become Pet CPR and First Aid certified. There is opportunity for advancement with our company as well as a generous benefits package offered after completing the probation period! We are growing rapidly, and our current groomers are unable to keep up with the demand for our services! We have plenty of clients, we just need someone skilled and reliable to grow with us.
