• Queens, NYC We are hiring an experienced Dog Groomer to join our growing mobile pet grooming team servicing Queens and NYC.

This is a mobile, independent-style opportunity with steady bookings provided, designed for a motivated groomer who wants consistent work, strong income, and long-term growth toward independence in mobile grooming. We are looking for groomers who already have some existing clients (a small base is acceptable) and are actively building their grooming career. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a motivated groomer who wants to stay consistently busy and grow their income. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at a steady pace of approximately 60+ dogs per month, with the ability to exceed that with consistency and effort. This is a high-volume mobile grooming environment, not a slow or occasional grooming position.

Be motivated to stay booked and busy Want to grow income through volume and tips Have an entrepreneurial mindset Be open to eventually working independently as a mobile groomer Must-Have Requirements 1-2+ years of professional dog grooming experience Experience grooming all breeds and sizes Skilled in bathing, blow drying, brushing, and scissoring/finishing Ability to complete full grooms independently Strong dog handling skills (including difficult or nervous dogs) Comfortable working in a mobile grooming van Must be comfortable driving a mobile grooming van for the first 2 months Valid driver's license required Must live in Queens, NY Weekend availability preferred Must have some existing clients (small base is acceptable) and willingness to grow clientele Pay & Compensation 50/50 commission split to start 60% to groomer while driving (first 1-2 months) Tips paid directly to groomer Performance bonuses: 5 dogs = $100 bonus 10 dogs = $200 bonus 20 dogs = $350 bonus Services typically range from $80

• 180+ per dog depending on size, coat, and condition.
