Job Description
Overview Little Shelter Animal Rescue is seeking a passionate and dedicated Dog Adoption Counselor to join our team. This role is vital in helping to connect loving homes with dogs in need of adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal care and handling, exceptional customer service skills, and a genuine love for animals. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to commit to a set schedule. Must be able to perform heavy lifting when necessary. One weekend day is required. Must be a team player and have reliable transportation! Experience Previous experience in animal handling or care is required; experience with dogs is preferred. Customer service experience is essential; ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Join our team as a Counselor and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
