Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Pet Care Business Operations Lead / Manager to oversee and optimize the daily functions of our pet care services. Whether full-time or part-time, this role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer experiences, and the growth of our pet care business. You will lead a team, manage projects, and develop strategies to enhance service quality while fostering a welcoming environment for pets and their owners. Your energetic leadership will drive efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction across all facets of our pet care operations. Duties Lead and supervise daily pet care operations, ensuring high standards of service and safety for pets and clients Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and oversee staff performance to promote a motivated and efficient workforce Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the availability of supplies and resources needed for smooth operations Oversee customer service interactions, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and growth strategies Lead project management initiatives such as facility upgrades, new service launches, or marketing campaigns to expand business reach Requirements Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within pet care or related service industries Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication skills in English Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment Experience in customer service, sales, negotiation, and analysis to drive business growth Ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and care for pets Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules, records, and operational procedures Join us as we create a vibrant environment where dogs receive top-tier care while our team thrives!
