Premium products provided Paid sharpening and equipment maintenance We handle scheduling and client communication so you can focus on grooming Supportive, respectful team environment Pay & Benefits Hourly pay + production bonus opportunities Health insurance, dental + vision available at a competitive rate (50% employer covered) PTO & holiday pay after 30 days 401(k) with company match Continued education opportunities Bonus opportunities and performance incentives What We're Looking For 1+ year hands-on grooming experience Able to groom 4-6 dogs per day independently Professional, reliable, and kind Strong cleaning/organization habits Comfortable working with dogs of all temperaments (we don't expect you to do aggressive/dangerous dogs) Willing to use MoeGo software Physical Requirements Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to safely handle dogs up to 110 lbs Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and groom for extended periods
