This position is ideal for a motivated grooming professional who enjoys working independently, managing their own daily schedule, and providing exceptional care for pets and their owners. As a mobile groomer, you'll work from a fully equipped grooming van and travel to scheduled client appointments throughout the Cincinnati market. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, and delivers a positive grooming experience from start to finish. If you're passionate about pet care and want the flexibility, independence, and earning potential that comes with mobile grooming, we'd love to connect with you. Cat grooming experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Perform professional dog grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, de-shedding, nail trimming, and ear cleaning Complete breed-specific cuts and styling based on client preferences Safely and compassionately handle dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, equipment, and mobile grooming workspace Travel to scheduled grooming appointments throughout the Cincinnati area Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships Manage appointment timing and daily workflow efficiently Monitor pets for any visible skin, coat, or health concerns and communicate observations professionally with pet owners Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional dog grooming experience Strong knowledge of grooming techniques and pet handling Ability to work independently with strong time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable operating within a mobile grooming environment Dependable, organized, and professional attitude Must love working with dogs Compensation & Benefits 50% commission Typical earnings of $350-$500 per day including tips Generous tips Flexible scheduling Paid time off No holiday shifts Schedule Day shift Weekdays with rotating weekends #hc247289
