Are you passionate about working with animals and ready to be part of a dedicated grooming team? We're hiring Dog Bather-Brushers for part-time roles at our Fairview Park and North Ridgeville salon locations . This is a vital role in the grooming process and a great opportunity for those looking to start or grow a career in the animal care industry.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking individuals who: Have basic dog bathing skills (or a willingness to learn—we'll train the right candidate!) Possess a strong work ethic and take pride in doing a job well Are reliable, self-motivated, and have a team-player attitude Follow directions well and communicate clearly Have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (Tues-Sat) and willing and able to travel between both salon locations. Arrive on time (punctuality is a must—clock in 15 minutes before shift)

Position Details:

Part-Time:

16-32 hours/week — great for local college students or those seeking flexible hours

Full-Time:

Available for experienced candidates

Pay Rate:

Based on experience and skill level

Training Provided:

We'll cross-train in front desk duties including customer check-in/out

Key Responsibilities:

Bathe and brush dogs with care and attention to safety Maintain a clean and sanitary work area Assist groomers and management as a key part of the team Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients Follow all safety protocols for handling pets Help with light reception and check-in/check-out as needed Assist in small dog daycare when the need arises. Preferred Qualifications (but not required): Animal handling experience Pet grooming or bathing experience Ability to lift and handle large dogs safely Experience with dog training, kennel work, pet sitting, or as a veterinary assistant Familiarity with customer service in a pet care setting This is a great opportunity for anyone pursuing a career in the animal services field or pet grooming.
