Pet Groomer Position

Lakeland Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Pet Groomer to join our team! We are seeking a groomer to work up to 4 days per week with availability on: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Saturday ( No Fridays required )

Position Details Pay Structure:

50/50 commission split between the groomer and the clinic

Grooming tools and equipment Shampoos, supplies, and products Facility and building upkeep Supportive veterinary team environment Established client base Our clinic provides grooming services for both dogs and cats . We also offer sedated grooming services for pets that may be fearful, anxious, or less cooperative, allowing us to safely and compassionately care for patients that may not tolerate traditional grooming. We would love to find someone who is interested in growing with our clinic and who may also bring some of their own clientele while continuing to build their customer base within our practice. Responsibilities Groom dogs and cats according to breed standards and client requests Bathe, brush, trim, and style pets safely and professionally Maintain a clean and organized grooming area Communicate professionally with clients regarding grooming needs and recommendations Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort Qualifications Previous grooming experience preferred Comfortable working with both dogs and cats Ability to handle pets of various sizes and temperaments Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented If you are passionate about animal care and are looking for a supportive clinic environment, we would love to hear from you!

Pay:

$13.00 - $250.00 per hour
