Part-Time Dog Walkers & Pet Sitters Parma, Old Brooklyn & Nearby Areas Petcare Deluxe LLC is a professional in-home pet care company serving pets and families throughout Northeast Ohio. We provide dependable dog walking and pet sitting services with a strong focus on reliability, communication, and personalized care. We are currently expanding in the Parma and Old Brooklyn areas and are looking for a dependable, compassionate animal lover to join our growing team. About the Position Flexible part-time scheduling Midday availability preferred (approximately 10 AM-3 PM) Additional morning, evening, and weekend visits may be available Visits typically range from 20-60 minutes No overnight stays required Hours vary weekly based on client scheduling needs This position is ideal for someone who enjoys animals, likes staying active, and is looking for flexible supplemental income. Responsibilities Walk dogs and provide in-home pet care visits Feed pets and refresh water bowls Clean litter boxes and assist with routine pet care tasks Provide companionship, exercise, and attention for pets Follow detailed instructions for each household Send visit updates and photos through our mobile app Travel between client homes within your service area Work Environment This is an active role that may include: Walking dogs in rain, snow, heat, or cold weather Handling pets with different energy levels and personalities Driving between visits throughout the day Working independently while staying organized and dependable Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required Comfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling and updates Strong communication and time-management skills Able to work independently and problem solve when needed Previous pet care experience is helpful but not required Background screening required prior to hire Compensation Competitive per-visit pay structure Short visits starting around $10+ per visit Longer visits starting around $18+ per visit Opportunities for increased hours and growth over time Position Details Part-Time Approximately 2-15 hours per week depending on availability and demand Perks Flexible scheduling Supportive, team-oriented environment Referral incentives Opportunity for advancement as the company continues to grow If you enjoy working with animals and are looking for a flexible opportunity with a growing local company, we'd love to hear from you.
