CURRENTLY HIRING FOR PET SITTER WHO CAN DO A COMBINATION OF DOG WALKS AND PET SITTING
Pet Sitter:
Pet Sitters make multiple visits per day (morning, dinnertime and evening) to our client's homes to care for their precious pets. You must be available for AM & PM visits and weekends.
Mid-Day Dog Walker:
Mid-Day Walkers walk dogs between the hours of 11am & 3pm Monday-Friday. Ashley's Pawsome Pet Sitting is seeking passionate and trustworthy, long-term, part-time Pet Care Specialists that live within a 5-mile radius of Davis, to join our team and grow with us. Our Pet Care Specialists provide exceptional service and care for clients` pets in our clients' homes 365 days a year. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of service to our clients. Pet owners hire a pet sitter when they are not able to be there to take care of their pets. They don't want to kennel their pets or impose on a neighbor, friend, or a relative. They are looking for a professional who will dedicate their love and attention to their pets. To be a member of our team, you must have a very positive attitude, be self-motivated and extremely detail-oriented. Trustworthiness, plenty of common sense, ability to think and problem-solve on your feet and an ability to follow detailed instructions are critical criteria for working with us. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must also be a real animal lover with pet experience. This experience can be a personal background with pets; ideally, dog walking, pet sitting, volunteering in a shelter, or working at a doggy daycare, grooming, or veterinarian's office. Our assignments offer an incredible opportunity to spend time with a variety of animals, getting exercise and meeting great people.
Responsibilities:
You must be keenly aware of the high level of trust and responsibility that this position entails - Living, breathing animals will be relying on you to be a punctual, organized, and competent caregiver. Has reliable transportation. Has a smart phone that can access our scheduling program and take pictures. Can pass a background check. Lives within 5 miles of Davis, CA Is available on weekends and holidays
