This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established mobile dog grooming business with an existing book of loyal clients and substantial room for continued growth. The right person will work directly out of an existing mobile grooming van / trailer and provide professional, high-quality grooming services to dogs throughout the area. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who takes pride in their craft, ownership over outcomes, communicates well with pet owners, treats every dog with patience and care, and can be trusted to represent Bark and Bath professionally while working independently in the field. Responsibilities Provide full-service dog grooming in a mobile grooming van/trailer Bathe, brush, dry, trim, clip, and style dogs based on breed, coat type, owner preferences, and pet needs Safely handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, temperaments, and grooming requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming environment Communicate professionally with clients before and after appointments Follow scheduled routes and arrive to appointments on time Monitor pets for signs of stress, discomfort, skin issues, or health concerns during grooming Maintain grooming tools, equipment, and supplies Help create a positive, trustworthy experience for both pets and their owners Drive and operate the mobile grooming vehicle safely and responsibly Qualifications Previous dog grooming experience required Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean driving record Comfortable driving and working out of a mobile grooming van/trailer Strong animal handling skills Must genuinely love dogs and care about their comfort, safety, and well-being Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while representing the business professionally Ability to safely lift, handle, and groom dogs of varying sizes Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required Ability to work full-time

Compensation $30 - $38 per hour (plus tips and commission)
