The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing high-quality grooming services. As a Bather, you will be responsible for the grooming and care of pets, ensuring they look their best while also maintaining their comfort and safety. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with pet owners to discuss their grooming needs and preferences. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing and deshedding treatments. Ensure the safety and comfort of all animals during grooming sessions through proper handling techniques. Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area, tools, and equipment to promote a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs and any observed health issues. Provide additional pet care services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and anal expression as needed. Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up care advice. Requirements Knowledge of various dog breeds and animal behavior is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being is crucial.
