Job Description

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Corporate Trainer to support Learning & Development initiatives across mortgage operations. This role will focus heavily on
NMLS S.A.F.E.

$36 - $38 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 6

AssociateResponsibilities Facilitate
NMLS S.A.F.E.
exam prep training and lead new hire onboarding sessions Deliver training on mortgage operations, loan processes, and internal systems Conduct instructor-led (ILT) and virtual (vILT) training sessions for small groups (~5 participants per class) Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to enhance training materials and learner outcomes Provide coaching and support to trainees, simplifying complex mortgage concepts Track attendance, assessments, and learner performance Assist with training across loan officers, post-closing, and collateral teams Leverage tools like Zoom, Microsoft Office, Teams, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve delivery
Qualifications:
2+ years of mortgage industry experience (Loan Officers, Post-Closing, Collateral, or similar) Exposure to working with or supporting loan officers strongly preferred Bachelor s degree required (Business, HR, Education, or related field) Corporate training experience preferred but not required Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to adapt training style to different learning needs Experience with LMS platforms or e-learning tools is a plus
Additional Details:
Must be willing to obtain and maintain
NMLS S.A.F.E.
