Our company is located in Houston, TX. We offer a variety of pet care services with focus on dog walking, pet medication administering, feeding, and really anything specific an owner may ask for! We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. At Run Pepper Run , we pride ourselves in providing pets and their owners with exceptional care and service. Providing good service means our clients can enjoy their time away from home because they know their pets are being well taken care of. We are always willing to customize our services to tailor to owner's specific needs for their pet(s). Responsibilities :

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and trustworthy scheduler to join our team of animal lovers. Responsibilities include consistently creating a company schedule as well as communicating directly with staff and clients. Our ideal scheduler is the type of person who stops random dogs while walking to say hello or someone who could spend hours happily cuddling and playing with animals. Our reputation is on the line, so we are looking for the best of the best to join our team!

Requirements:

21+ years of age, 25+ preferred. 2+ years of professional scheduling, executive assistant, or secretary experience Consistent friendly and outgoing demeanor! Detailed Oriented and Organized. Must live within 7 miles of 77027 (River Oaks) Strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills - Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment. Willing to commit to a minimum of six months . Our clients rely on your dependability and stability. Able to pass a background check. You Must be willing to provide at least three professional or volunteer references. (paid or unpaid, volunteer references) If you are simply looking for a job until you find a permanent job or return back to school, Please Do Not Apply. You Must have access to your cell phone at all times throughout the day and evening during scheduled times. You Must have reliable and insured transportation of your own .
