TEAM LEADER - PET CARE OPERATIONS
(Part-Time) Fetch! Pet Care | Santa Fe, NM Fetch! Pet Care of Tucson, one of Southern Arizona's premier pet care companies and part of the national Fetch! Pet Care network, is coming to Santa Fe and looking for compassionate, dependable animal lovers to help launch our newest location. We are seeking a Team Leader to help oversee operations while also providing hands-on pet care support in the field. This is not an entry-level sitter role. This is a working leadership position for someone who is confident managing responsibility, people, and client relationships. TIMING Zoom interviews will be scheduled between May 13th-15th In-person second interviews will take place May 21st-22nd The selected candidate would be expected to begin by June 8th at the latest
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee daily service schedules and ensure all visits are completed Support, guide, and mentor sitters on your team Step in and cover visits when needed Maintain quality and consistency across all services Communicate with clients and troubleshoot scheduling needs Assist with onboarding and training new sitters Travel between client homes throughout the Santa Fe area
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience caring for both dogs and cats (non-negotiable) Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working with clients from all walks of life Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between homes Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and updates Physically capable of walking dogs, bending, lifting, etc. Weekend and holiday availability required
COMPENSATION
Starting at $21.00/hour, depending on experience Tips can significantly increase earnings Flexible, part-time schedule with real responsibility
