In this role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and their furry friends. Your energetic and organized approach will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive experience for every visitor. We also offer OTJ training if you are interested in a grooming career. This position is the 1st step to that. If you think this is you, please reach out! Duties Greet clients warmly and assist with appointment scheduling via phone and in person. Manage daily front desk operations, including checking in/out clients, handling inquiries, and processing payments accurately. Answer phone promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently to appropriate staff members. Support administrative tasks such as data entry and managing calendars for grooming appointments. Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions or concerns promptly and courteously, fostering loyalty and trust. Skills Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Strong ability to manage multiple schedules. Exceptional customer service skills combined with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and their pets.
Pay:
$10.00 - $12.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
