• Part-Time / Full-Time Paw Enforcement Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for dogs and their owners.

This role includes customer service, dog behavior monitoring, facility cleanliness, and general operational support.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with customer and dog check-in and check-out procedures
• Overseeing dog park activities and monitoring dog interactions
• Receiving training to recognize aggressive or dominating dog behaviors and intervening early to prevent altercations
• Enforcing all park rules, safety policies, and breed restrictions
• Maintaining cleanliness of dog parks, pavilions, and common areas
• Assisting with pavilion cleaning, lawn care, and basic maintenance
• Helping deliver drinks to patrons when needed, in accordance with training and policies
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain alert and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks as required

Compensation:

Hourly pay of $8.00 per hour. Paw Enforcement Officers and Pup Control staff collectively receive 20% of the weekly tip pool. Tip distribution is based on the percentage of total hours worked during the week. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Management reserves the right to modify duties as needed.
