Job Description
This role will initially focus on part time/as-needed coverage for weekends, overnights, and occasional travel coverage, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent recurring role as the business expands over the next year. Home Sweet Home is currently in the process of building a 2000sqft dog space adjacent to our new home/property.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and safely managing groups of 8-15 dogs Monitoring dog body language, play styles, and group dynamics Preventing and redirecting overstimulation or inappropriate play Feeding dogs according to individualized routines Administering medications when needed- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Managing indoor/outdoor group flow and gate separations Sending photo/video updates to clients
- Using Gingr software for schedules, bookings, and care notes Providing overnight care when needed
