As a Pet Care Specialist, you'll be the face of Haven, providing exceptional service, clear communication, and compassionate care that creates happy pets and confident pet owners. This active, rewarding role is ideal for animal lovers who enjoy staying on the move and building real relationships with clients and their pets.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide professional dog walking and in-home pet sitting services Safely handle dogs of various sizes, breeds, and energy levels Feed pets, provide potty breaks, enrichment, playtime, and administer medications as needed Monitor pet behavior and health and report concerns to leadership Take photos and submit detailed visit reports after each service Maintain warm, professional communication with clients and Haven leadership Use company software to track visits and complete service documentation Follow Haven's care standards and safety protocols Identify opportunities to enhance the client's experience through Haven's additional services Reliably travel between client homes within assigned service areasWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 18
years of age or older Lives in or near Nashville, Hendersonville, or Gallatin, TN Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Smartphone with camera and app access Experience with dogs of various breeds and temperaments preferred Able to safely handle dogs of all sizes Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physically able to walk, stand, bend, and remain active for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and varying weather conditions Willingness to work holidays and peak service days Able to pass a background checkSCHEDULE
Part-time role with flexible weekday availability required and some weekend availability. Shifts typically include mornings, mid-days, and evenings.WHY WORK WITH HAVEN
