  • Full-time We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment safety while providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services that meet the needs of both pets and their owners.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, BUT WILLING TO TRAIN RIGHT CANDIDATE
  • WE ARE W-2 We provide all the supplies except grooming tools. We also offer blade sharpening stipend 3x a year. Receptionist is provided, no bather, 8am-3pm is the normal schedule (but flexible on what you need.) Discount on vet services nextdoor ( Full time only

We value quality over quantity, we prefer 4-6 dogs a day :) Duties Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs. Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during grooming sessions through proper handling and restraint techniques. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' needs and grooming options. Recognize signs of health issues or discomfort in pets and report them to the appropriate personnel. Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and products to enhance skills and service offerings.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of previous Pet Grooming Experience (willing to train right candidate) Knowledge of various grooming techniques for different breeds of dogs and/or cats Strong understanding of animal behavior and body language Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with pet owners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
