Full Job Description Job Summary Pay:

$13.00 per hour Job description:

POSITION

- Sunday 6am-2pm; Monday 2pm-10pm; Tuesday 6am-2pm; Friday 6am-2pm; Saturday 6am-2pm. We are a growing dog boarding, play day and grooming facility and adding to our team. We are currently adding a kennel attendant to staff the following positions: Must work well with a team and independently. Must show confidence and a willingness to work with dogs and customers. Must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance. Must be willing to clean inside and outside dog areas. Must be able to interact with large and small breed dogs. Must have reliable transportation. Perform assigned facility cleaning maintenance. This a very busy position, ability to multi-task is necessary. Individual must have some type of prior work experience. A criminal background check will be completed on all hired individuals Paid vacation Competitive performance reviews.

What you'll do Provide daily care for dogs, including feeding and exercising to maintain their health and happiness. Administer medications and monitor the health of animals, reporting any concerns to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in kennels and common areas to ensure a safe environment for pets and staff. Engage with pet owners, offering excellent customer service and updates on their pets' well-being. Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques. Participate in team meetings to discuss animal care practices and improve facility operations. Experience Previous experience in animal handling or kennel environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills are essential for effective communication with pet owners.
