Full Job Description Position Overview:
Berkshire Hathaway Automotive is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Trainer to support the development and performance of our dealership partners. This role is responsible for delivering best-in-class training across F&I, Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP), and leadership development initiatives. Based in the Dallas market, this position requires up to 20% regional travel and plays a critical role in driving consistency, compliance, and revenue performance across our organization.Benefits:

Deliver monthly or bimonthly, week-long entry-level F&I training programs for new and prospective F&I Managers Facilitate quarterly regional one-day training sessions for F&I Managers with 6-12 months of experience Lead biannual regional best-practice workshops for experienced F&I Managers Coordinate and facilitate biannual F&I Director workshops, focused on leadership alignment and performance strategy Provide training through multiple formats including: In-classroom instruction E-learning platforms In-dealership coaching and development Create engaging learning environments using technology, role play, and interactive techniques Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and improve curriculum Maintain expert-level knowledge of MPP products, F&I processes, and compliance requirements Promote participation and engagement across dealership partners Develop and execute post-training follow-up strategies to ensure sustained performance improvement Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Development and F&I leadership teams Maintain updated training schedules and ensure alignment with company objectivesQualifications:
Required:
Prior automotive retail F&I experience Strong ability to present, communicate, and engage live audiences Willingness to travel up to 20 % Ability to facilitate training sessions for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Preferred:
Automotive sales and/or sales management experience Bachelor's degree Minimum 5+ years in automotive industry, with dealership experience Minimum 2+ years in a training or facilitation role Experience in adult learning environments or instructional design Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platformsCore Skills & Competencies:
