Our Kennel Tech positions require the following: Holidays and Weekends Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn and take direction from staff Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander and excretions Must be able to be on feet 9+ hours per day Ability to handle heavy lifting, as some animals may require assistance or transport Ability to read and write as documentation is a daily requirement Knowledge of or ability to learn animal behavior and safely handle animals Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Provide daily care for animals in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and cleaning Monitor the health and well-being of animals and report any concerns to the front desk staff Administer medications and treatments as directed Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in all work areas Provide basic grooming services such as bathing and brushing as needed

Note:

This position does not require formal training or certification, but experience or education in a related field is beneficial!
