Mobile Dog Spa is a premium mobile grooming service serving McKinney, Frisco, Prosper and surrounding communities. We focus on providing a convenient, stress-free grooming experience for pets and their owners. We operate a fully equipped 2025 Mercedes Sprinter grooming van designed to provide a calm, professional, and low-stress environment for both pets and groomers. Our van is owned 100%, allowing us to invest heavily in marketing and advertising to maintain fully booked routes and consistent demand. We use industry-leading grooming software with smart scheduling to create efficient routes so you can focus on grooming—not driving all over town. ✔ Consistent demand ✔ Low-stress environment (4-6 dogs per day) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dog groomer who wants to work in a positive, professional environment with strong earning potential. Compensation 50% commission on all services Keep 100% of your tips Guaranteed minimum pay first 6 months while your full groom book builds Estimated Earnings Average ticket: $130 per dog Groom approximately 4-6 dogs per day Daily earnings: $300

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality full grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and finishing work Safely handle and groom dogs of all sizes, breeds, and coat types with confidence Lift dogs up to 50 lbs. and safely guide larger dogs using a powered grooming table Safely drive the mobile grooming van to and from scheduled appointments Professionally communicate with pet owners regarding the grooming process and their dog's needs Provide excellent customer service and represent the business professionally in clients' neighborhoods Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming environment inside the mobile van Clean and maintain grooming equipment throughout the day to ensure a safe working environment Contribute to our efforts to produce dog grooming content for business social channels by taking photos and videos

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years professional dog grooming experience Ability to groom a wide variety of breeds safely and confidently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Mobile grooming experience a plus (not required) Experience using MoeGo software a plus (not required) Application Requirements Please submit the following: Resume with professional references Minimum of 5 before-and-after grooming transformations from your portfolio A short written summary describing your grooming style and specialties Hiring Process We carefully review all applications.
