Bather Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bather to join our team. As a Bather, you will be responsible for providing essential grooming services to our furry clients. Your primary role will involve bathing, drying, brushing, and preparing pets for the grooming process. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that pets are clean, comfortable, and looking their best.

Duties:

• Bathe pets using appropriate shampoos and grooming techniques
• Dry pets thoroughly to prevent skin issues
• Brush and detangle fur to maintain coat health
• Trim nails and clean ears as needed
• Assist groomers with handling animals during grooming procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming areas
• Provide basic grooming services such as expressing anal glands or brushing teeth

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of animal handling and restraint techniques
• Familiarity with pet grooming processes and tools
• Experience in customer service within an animal care setting is a plus
