As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to pets while ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities Provide grooming services including bathing, brushing, hair trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and other pets. Ensure the safety and well-being of all animals during the grooming process through proper handling and restraint techniques. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs and any observed health issues. Assist with animal care tasks such as walking, or monitoring pets as needed. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships with clients. Qualifications Proven experience in pet grooming is required Strong skills in animal handling, restraint, and care are essential for this position. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger animals or equipment. A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being is essential for success in this role.
