Bonuses:

No commission uncertainty. Earn a guaranteed $62,000 per year , plus bonus every pay period and an annual performance-based bonus. Work-Life Balance:

Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week, giving you three days off every week to recharge, spend time with family, pursue hobbies, or simply enjoy life outside of work. We also observe major holidays so you can focus on what matters most.

Manageable Workload:

We believe in quality over quantity. Groom only 25 dogs per week, ensuring each furry client gets the attention they deserve.

Safety First:

We prioritize safety for both groomers and pets. We do not accept aggressive dogs or those over 90lbs, ensuring a stress-free environment.

Supportive Staff:

Our full-time receptionist handles phone calls, check-ins, and check-outs, so you can focus solely on what you love - grooming! 4-

Day Work Week:

We believe great groomers deserve time to enjoy life outside of work. Our full-time groomers work four days per week while still earning a guaranteed annual income, creating an exceptional balance between professional success and personal well-being.
