Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled, compassionate Pet Groomer to join our mobile grooming team. This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, has strong grooming skills, and wants more than just a standard grooming position.

Responsibilities:

Travel to clients' homes in the company grooming van (or your own, if applicable) Provide grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircutting, nail trimming, and ear cleaning Assess pets' coats and skin for issues and report concerns to pet owners Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment Build strong relationships with clients and their pets to encourage repeat business Help develop and improve local operations as our Utah County base grows

Qualifications:

1+ years of professional grooming experience (mobile grooming experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of grooming techniques and tools Comfortable working with pets of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

Pay and Benefits:

Base Pay:

30-40% commission of all sales resulting in $28-$32 per hour roughly

Earnings Potential:

With tips and bonuses, total hourly earnings can reach $35-$45 per hour Pathway to leadership and management roles with significant financial growth opportunities Flexible scheduling within a full-time role Opportunity to shape and grow the Utah County market Established client base with repeat customers
