Will need to be able to multi-task and be very detail oriented. Need to be able to explain our business model to potential customers as well as handle day-to-day customers giving them a positive experience every time they use us. Primarily will be working front desk after training (training in all dog areas so you understand how we work and can explain it to potential clients). Can have hours working in dog areas if want more hours than front can provide.

Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Be on time to shift.
• Ability to multi-task a must
• Knowledgeable about dog issues and ability to convey them effectively and tactfully to owners
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Check dogs in and out of facility

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to analyze customer situations and provide appropriate solutions Dog Care Worker

• Duties:

• Provide excellent care to all dogs in your area
• Make sure health and safety of dogs is ensured
• Be on time to your shift
• Basic/Deep cleaning as assigned during your shift (posted schedule so you always know expectations)
• Clean up after dogs
• poop/pee/etc
• Play with dogs
• help them have fun experience!
