Pet Groomer / Stylist Copper View Boarding & Grooming has an immediate opening for a skilled and passionate Professional Pet Groomer / Stylist to join our team. This position is part-time and ideal for someone who values continued growth in the grooming industry, prioritizes animal well-being, and enjoys educating clients on proper at-home care.

Qualifications :

At least 2 years of professional pet grooming experience. Knowledge/experience of current grooming techniques, breed-specific standards, and industry trends, with willingness to adapt as practices evolve. Ability to groom dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds, including nail trimming, using proper techniques based on breed and owner instructions. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to educate clients on grooming care and health benefits. Commitment to safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and professionalism. Reliable, consistent, and able to follow written and verbal instructions. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, twisting, and kneeling. Responsibilities Perform full-service grooming including bathing, brushing, blow drying, nail trimming, and coat trimming. Execute breed-standard clips and customized styles. Handle pets with patience and care, ensuring a low-stress experience. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming environment. Work collaboratively with veterinary staff when needed. Take extra time with pets requiring additional care or attention. What We're Looking For Coachable and open to feedback. Strong attention to detail and high personal standards.
