Im looking for someone to come and help with the demand of my in-home grooming salon. Looking for someone comfortable to work on their own, but also work with me.

PAY IS NEGOTIABLE- COMMISSION OR HOURLY

Responsibilities Perform professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping tailored to each dog's breed and individual needs Handle dogs safely and confidently using proper animal restraint techniques to ensure comfort and security during grooming procedures Assess each pet's coat condition, skin health, and overall behavior to determine appropriate grooming treatments Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use Communicate effectively with pet owners to discuss grooming preferences, special needs, and aftercare instructions Clean up when your day is done. Working by yourself or with me. Whoever gets done last starts the laundry. Once dogs are done the tub is cleaned. Vacuum up hair as needed. Support team members with additional animal handling tasks. Experience Prior experience in pet grooming. 2-3 years + Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for handling larger dogs or equipment Demonstrated commitment to animal welfare, safety protocols, and maintaining a positive environment for pets and clients
