Position Details:

We're looking for a talented Groomer with availability Tuesday- Thursday and occasional Saturdays and Sundays.

What We're Looking For:

✔4-5+ years of professional grooming experience ✔Ability to groom dogs of all breeds, sizes, and coat types ✔Gentle, patient handling—especially with nervous or reactive pups ✔Excellent scissoring and finishing skills ✔Strong communication with both team and clients ✔Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented ✔ Fear-Free Grooming certification or similar training a big plus

Compensation & Perks:

Commission-based pay (not hourly) - listed hourly rate is for posting purposes only Most groomers earn well above the listed hourly range depending on experience, speed, and client tips Keep 100% of your tips Supportive, experienced front desk and bathing team Clients who truly value and invest in their pets' care You'll have your own grooming table and designated workspace Calm, low-drama, dog-first work environment Flexibility, respect, and room to grow Responsibilities Provide high-quality grooming services for dogs, including bathing, trimming, and styling. Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during grooming sessions through proper animal handling and restraint techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area and equipment. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs and aftercare. Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments and providing excellent customer service.
