This position will be offered opportunities to support clients throughout East Glen Allen, Ginter Park, and portions of Mechanicsville at the following zip codes (23059, 23060, 23111, 23116, 23227, 23228). Start as a backup and fill-in, when available as opportunities arise. Availability for more than one shift will assist in building your opportunities. Number of visits on any one day could typically be from 1-6. Holidays offer more opportunites, and pay higher rates. Schedules and times vary from day to day depending on client requests. MUST be available for 2 weekends a month and holidays. Tips are not guaranteed or required; however, repeated, exceptional service gets recognized! This is for a self-employed person who 1. Is all about animals and their well being. 2. Reliable, responsible and experienced in customer service and with dogs and cats. Comfortable with all types of humans, pets and environments! 3. Looking for supplemental income, which is totally dependent on the number of visits requested, scheduled and completed. 4. Comfortable with a changing schedule and varied hours per week. 5. Consistently available time frames (time frames available: 7-11 am, 11-3pm, 2-6 pm, 5-9pm, Overnights 9pm-7am), or reliably available for various times of day. AM and PM are important. 6. Reliable transportation and a backup in case of car troubles. Visits cannot be missed. 7. Enjoy variable schedules, and a chance to earn bonuses for connecting new clients or sitters with us. 8.
