Job Description Woofie's of Western Loudoun is seeking an experienced Pet Groomer/Stylist to join our growing mobile grooming team. This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one grooming services in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art Mercedes Sprinter mobile grooming van, outfitted by Wag'n Tails. With an established client base and strong local reputation, this role is ideal for a groomer looking to transition from a traditional salon environment to a more flexible, independent mobile setting—without the stress of managing scheduling or client acquisition. Our office handles all scheduling and customer communication so you can focus on what you do best: grooming. Responsibilities Provide full-service grooming including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning Ensure the safety and comfort of pets throughout the grooming process Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile grooming van Communicate professionally with pet owners during appointments Travel to client homes within the service area Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Bonus opportunities Keep 100% of tips Flexible scheduling Professional development support Fully equipped 2024 Mercedes-Benz mobile grooming van by Wag'n Tails Office-managed scheduling and customer support Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional pet grooming experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving a large vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter van) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends Must be located in or willing to work primarily in Western Loudoun County area.
