• Excited to help dogs and cats look their best (what is better than a new hairdo),
• Have excellent customer service skills (you can confidently converse with clients, human and animal),
• Are punctual (If you're 15 minutes early you are on time and if you are five minutes early you are late),
• Able to assess and prioritize tasks, projects, and messages (you know what needs to be done and what can wait),
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented (what's better than knowing exactly where the nail clippers are),
• Customer-focused and committed to giving an amazing experience (dogs and cats are like family, each client that walks through our doors is wanting their animal to be treated the same),
• Passionate, positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented (you see a new pet client come in and you know exactly what cut will look good on them and can't wait to see their new look),
• Self-confident and self-assured (you're kind and respectful, but are able to speak up if someone else is being disrespectful) ,
• Grooming experience is mandatory (you bring the passion and skills, we'll provide the animals!) And would love to…

• Book grooming appointments (great customer service doesn't have to be in person, it can also be over the phone)
