Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate <
US DRIVER LICENSE
> Care taker to join our team and provide exceptional care for high energy, intelligent working K9s in our location. This role involves ,ensuring their well-being, and supporting their overall health and comfort. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about animal care, with a strong focus on overall health and well-being of our K-9s. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for working K-9s. Responsibilities Assist with daily upkeep, including cleaning indoor K9 housing, touching up outdoor kennels, maintaining fresh clean water, feeding. Support basic animal care tasks such as feeding, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring health status Ensuring animals are comfortable, exercised, and well-cared for through out the day. Handle heavy lifting of animals or supplies safely to prevent injury or stress to the dogs. Maintain detailed records of K9 needs, health status, and care routines in compliance with company protocols. Strong animal handling skills with willingness to learn. Background in pet sitting or kennel experience is highly desirable but not a must. We can train the person with the strong work ethic. Verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with K9 owner. Note keeping, texting, calls or weekly meeting. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics Knowledge of animal care best practices including feeding, cleaning, and health monitoring Join us if you're passionate about animal care and eager to make a positive difference in the lives of high energy, intelligent working dogs! Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
