Mobile Pet Stylist Williamsburg, VA 23188 $300

- Full-time We are a busy mobile pet spa in Williamsburg, VA that is seeking a teammate to help us grow our team.
- Our location is managed by a certified master groomer with over 18 years of experience in the mobile pet grooming industry. Mentorship opportunities are available.
- We offer 3 day work weeks where you can earn an entire week's pay in just 3 days a week. Average pay is between $1,200
- 1400 per week per groomer.
- We have staff in place to acquire, schedule and route clients. Groomers are not expected to answer phones.
- You keep 100% of your tips.
- Position is W-2
- Equipment is well maintained by the business.
- A clean driving record, independence, and previous grooming experience is a must!
Responsibilities:
Operate a fully equipped mobile grooming van, providing grooming services at clients' locations. Communicate clearly and in a friendly manner with pet owners, ensuring their grooming preferences are met with precision. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns, and accommodating special requests. Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process within the mobile van. Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the mobile grooming environment. Notify appropriate personnel when equipment requires service or maintenance. Efficiently manage grooming appointments, optimizing travel routes for a seamless experience. Keep accurate records of each pet's grooming history, documenting any health issues or special instructions provided by pet owners. Utilize expert grooming techniques for various breeds of dogs and cats. Drive and operate the mobile grooming van safely, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Demonstrate flexibility in handling different locations and diverse pet personalities. Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during grooming.Qualifications:
2 years of hands-on experience as a pet groomer. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency in grooming techniques for various breeds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Ability to maintain a clean and organized mobile grooming environment. Flexibility and adaptability to diverse pet parents and pet temperaments. Problem-solving skills in addressing unexpected situations during grooming.
