Company Overview Blue Collar Doghouse is dedicated to providing exceptional pet care services, including dog daycare, boarding, professional bathing and grooming. Our mission is to ensure every dog receives the love and care they deserve. Summary We are seeking a Pet Bather to join our team at Blue Collar Doghouse. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring they leave our facility looking and feeling their best. This position encompasses full bathing services for daily appointments, and coverage for our self-wash and tech services on Saturdays. This position starts at minimum wage + 100% of tips. The available shift is Saturdays 9am-5pm. Bathing experience preferred! Responsibilities Perform thorough bathing process for daily appointments. Assist in scheduled nail trim, tech appointments, and upkeep of self wash area. Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during the bathing process. Maintain cleanliness in the bathing area and equipment used. Communicate with pet owners about their pets' needs and any concerns observed during grooming. Requirements Experience in dog handling or grooming preferred but not required. Must be reliable. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication skills for interacting with pet owners and team members. Must be comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
