The number one Dog Lodging and Daycare in Shelton is hiring! Pyr Hope Farm is seeking a highly motivated Kennel Technician with strong dog‑handling experience and exceptional customer service skills. We are an established, reputable business known for our high standards of cleanliness, pet wellness, and client care. About the Role This is a physically demanding, fast‑paced position . The ideal candidate is comfortable being on their feet for long periods, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and lifting at least 40 lbs. Key Responsibilities Warmly greeting clients and handling check‑in/check‑out Processing cash transactions Daily, hands‑on interaction with Daycare and Lodging dogs including feeding and medications Using Kennelbooker software (training provided) Cleaning and sanitizing kennels Assisting with pet grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility Who We're Looking For Someone who: Loves dogs and understands canine behavior Communicates clearly and kindly with clients Works hard, stays positive, and takes pride in a clean environment Thrives in a team setting but can also work independently Embark on a fulfilling career where your love for animals makes a real impact!
