Motivated, Skilled Pet Groomer (Commission-Based, Flexible Schedule) Are you a passionate, skilled pet groomer looking for a place where you can truly grow? PetU Mequon is seeking a self-driven, experienced Groomer who is ready to take ownership of their craft inside a growing, full-service pet care facility. Professional Support:

We provide the space, utilities, booking system, and staff support—you bring your skill and passion. What You'll Do You'll be responsible for both the artistry of grooming and the well-being of the pets in your care.

Perform full-service grooming:

bathing, brushing, trimming, styling, and nail care for all breeds. Conduct coat/skin assessments and recommend appropriate services. Ensure pets' safety and comfort throughout the grooming process. Provide excellent communication with pet owners regarding services and aftercare. Maintain a clean, organized grooming space. Collaborate with our daycare/boarding/training staff to support overall facility operations. Maintain accurate grooming notes and client preferences. What We're Looking For We want a grooming professional who takes pride in their craft and values both quality and customer experience.

Required:

Professional grooming experience (not student-level) Ability to groom independently and handle pets safely Strong customer service and communication skills Reliability, professionalism, and self-discipline

Highly Valued Backgrounds:

Experience in dog training, vet assisting, or other animal-handling roles Ability to work confidently with large breeds and lift as needed Experience with high-stress or high-volume grooming environments
