We are looking for people who are passionate about working with dogs, come join our team!! Better K9 Pet Resort is a primarily outdoor cage free/leash free dog daycare, boarding, and training facility. We have two locations, one in Riverside and one in Corona, California. Our passion is working with dogs and creating an environment that provides both dog and owner with a high level of security and reassurance, so their pups are safe and comfortable. This is an entry-level, for 1 part-time & 1 part-time regular position (20-30 hours) opportunity to become a Full time 30+ hour position available in Corona. Our hours of operation are from 6:30am-9:30pm Corona.

Job Requirements:

Oversee at least 15 - 25 dogs in a pack. Watching, engaging, and playing with dogs, at least 4 - 8 hours daily, in all weather conditions General cleaning/sanitization of dog rooms, yards, and facility Learning and get certified in dog handling techniques Customer service Administering medication (generally caring for ill dogs may be required) Feeding dogs Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments including aggressive dogs Must be available to work holidays and weekends

Must Have Requirements:

Good attendance & punctuality are a must Able to lift 70+ lbs. Able to work weekends and holidays Working cell phone Reliable transportation Is a team player and has a willingness to learn Great to Have, but

Not Required:

At least 1 year of previous experience working in a kennel, dog handling, or working with dogs in a professional setting Vet tech certification CPR certification, humans or dogs Dog training and/or Dog handling experience in a pack environment is a plus Open Availability What's In It For You!
