Job Description
Working in dog daycare and boarding facility requires someone reliable with a strong work ethic. Our staff are responsible for managing groups of dogs off leash and for monitoring the safety and well-being of our client dogs. A working knowledge of dog behavior and dog management is preferable, although we will train staff to enhance their handling skills and expand their knowledge. Dog training experience is desirable but is not mandatory; a willingness to learn and an interest in developing training and behavior modification skills is essential! Duties include, but are not limited to, dog care (feeding protocols, cleaning, bathing, keeping a group of dogs safe), dog walking and handling, dog training, client interaction and keeping the facility clean. We will train staff to meet the highest industry standards in the overall realm of canine care and management. Staff will also have the opportunity to learn behavior modification and training techniques.
