We're looking for dependable, animal-loving team members to join us as Dog Bathers and support our award-winning team. Job Overview As a Dog Bather, you'll play a key role in keeping pets clean, healthy, and happy. This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys working with dogs, is team-oriented, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Responsibilities Provide friendly, safe, professional service to pets and pet parents Bathe, dry, brush, and prep dogs of all sizes and breeds Clean ears, trim nails (training provided if needed), and perform basic coat maintenance Monitor dogs for signs of stress, health issues, or skin concerns and communicate with the team Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bathing and grooming area Follow all safety, sanitation, and pet care standards Qualifications Genuine love for dogs and comfort working hands-on with animals Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance when needed) Willingness to learn proper bathing, handling, and safety techniques Prior experience in pet care, grooming, or veterinary settings is a plus—but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($20+ depending on experience) plus tips On-the-job training and opportunities to grow into grooming roles (if interested) A supportive, positive team environment Consistent scheduling and a respectful workplace
