Reception experience, exceptional customer service skills, ability to multi-task and familiarity with veterinary medical terms/conditions. Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, retail sales, a lot of cleaning and generally just helping out where needed is a requirement. Must be able to lift heavy mats (35+lbs) and not be afraid to get dirty or wet. Also includes teaching dogs how to swim and requires getting in the pool with the dogs.
