  • Constant communication with Assistant Manager and Camp Manager
  • Ensure 20% of dogs are being rotated every day
  • Manage dog and Camp Counselor rotations (breaks and lunches)
  • Ensure checklist are correct and current
  • Ensure thorough and proper cleaning of back of camp
  • Ensure cabins are being deep cleaned and spot cleaned correctly Will be responsible for opening/closing of building.
  • Direct Camp Counselors to: o Practice gate management o Balance the play yards o Properly correct and reward the dogs o Keep voice to a minimum o Proper use of water bottles and hoses o Check for proper collars, tags, etc. o Correct dog ratio are being maintained and correct lbs. dogs are in right size yard
MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT!
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Be active and attentive to dogs and pet parents at all times. Essential Skills
  • Extremely energetic, outgoing, upbeat with a positive personality.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace, in a team environment, and have exceptional customer service skills!
MUST LOVE DOGS
- the noise, the hair, the messes the love, and the smiles!!!!!!!! Requirements Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years or older.
  • Be able to lift dog food and supplies 50+ lbs.
  • Constantly walk and/or stand entire shift.
Reporting Assistant Manager/ General Manager/ Director Availability Hourly position. Must be able to work flexible schedule - Camps are open 7 days/week, 6:30am to 7:00pm, weekends and holidays are required but time off is permitted with advance notice.
